1 bag spinach
2 apples, (do not peel)
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/4 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. frozen orange juice, unthawed

Tear spinach into fairly small pieces. Sprinkle bacon over spinach in salad bowl. Toss in mayonnaise dressing. At last minute cut up apples in small slices or chunks and toss with salad.

MAYONNAISE DRESSING:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. frozen orange juice

Blend together.
