2 (10 oz.) bags spinach
2 tart red apples, sliced
8 slices crisply fried and crumbled bacon
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Wash and dry spinach. Tear into pieces. Combine spinach, apples, bacon. Mix mayonnaise and orange juice and pour over salad. Toss lightly.
