SPINACH TOSSED SALAD | |
1 lb. spinach 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced 1 c. bean sprouts 1/4 c. blue cheese, crumbled 1 sm. red onion, sliced 1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled 1 1/2 c. Italian croutons Clean spinach and tear into bite-size pieces. Place in large salad bowl. Add mushrooms, bean sprouts, cheese, onion and bacon. Toss well. Add croutons and serve with Chutney Dressing. |
