SPINACH TOSSED SALAD 
1 lb. spinach
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. bean sprouts
1/4 c. Blue cheese, crumbled
1 sm. red onion, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled
1 1/2 c. Italian croutons

Clean spinach and tear into bite size pieces. Place in large salad bowl. Add mushrooms, bean sprouts, cheese, onion and bacon. Toss well. Add croutons and serve with our Chutney Dressing.
