NO TOSS SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh cleaned and dried spinach, torn into pieces
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 lb. crumbled crisply fried bacon
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 head iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen lima beans, partially thawed
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
8 slices Swiss cheese, cut in narrow strips

Use a large clear salad bowl. Place the spinach on the bottom of the bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar which has been mixed together. Place bacon over all. Cover the bacon with the eggs. Layer the lettuce over the eggs.

Break up the lima beans, and cover with the egg layer. Place the onion over beans. Sprinkle with remaining salt, pepper, and sugar which has been mixed together. Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream together and spread over the salad, sealing to the edges of the bowl. Lay the cheese strips over dressing. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve without tossing. Serves 8.
