“IN A HURRY JAMBALAYA” IS IN:

IN A HURRY JAMBALAYA 
2 medium green peppers, cut in 8 wedges
2 medium onions, sliced 1/4-inch thick
Pam spray
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups leftover ham chunks, fat removed
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
few drops hot pepper sauce
cooked rice

Spray the inside of a large skillet with Pam. Heat over medium heat. Add peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook, stirring often, till veggies are crisp-tender. Add ham. Cook and stir 5 minutes. longer. Stir in tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, thyme and hot pepper sauce. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Serve on a bed of rice.

Makes 4 servings.
