BLUE CHEESE DIP 
3 c. 1% low fat cottage cheese
1/3 c. (1 1/2 oz.) coarsely crumbled blue cheese
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Fresh parsley sprigs (optional)

Combine first 3 ingredients in food processor or blender. Process 15 seconds or until smooth. Spoon into bowl, cover and chill. Garnish with parsley. Serve with raw vegetables. Yield: 3 1/2 cups.
