Blue Cheese Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 lb. cream cheese 2 lb. cottage cheese Tabasco sauce Garlic salt Mix thoroughly. The Lancy House was a famous old hotel standing where the Heritage Bank is now located. Meals were considered the best. This recipe for a dip is a real treasure from the kitchen of Lancy House. | |
