MEXICAN CHEESE BALL 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 of 4 oz. can chili peppers (remove seed)
1 tbsp. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained
2 pkg. green onion dip mix

Grate cheese. Blend all together. Chill and roll into ball. Serve with corn chips or crackers.
