PITAS STUFFED WITH SPICY BEEF 
4 mini pita breads
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground coriander
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. plain yogurt
3/4 tsp. fresh mint (chopped)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. chopped parsley

Crumble beef into frying pan and brown. Stir in garlic, onion, cinnamon, coriander, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

Combine yogurt, mint, lemon and parsley. Lightly toast pitas. Stuff pitas with beef. Serve with dressing.
