SPICY BEEF BUNDLES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sliced olives
1 env. taco seasoning
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. crushed taco chips
1/4 c. chopped pimiento, drained

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown beef and drain. Add green pepper, olives, seasoning mix and cream cheese; mix well.

Separate crescent dough into 8 rectangles. Press to 6x4 inch rectangles. Seal perforations. Spoon 1/3 cup meat mixture along center of each rectangle.

Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon shredded cheese. Fold dough over filling; pinch edges to seal. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Spray bundles with Pam; sprinkle with crushed chips, pressing gently along top and sides. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-28 minutes until golden brown. Makes 8.
