QUICK SPICY BEEF SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. water
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
1 c. BBQ sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown and drain ground beef. Add peppers and onions and cook until tender. Add water, macaroni and BBQ sauce to meat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until macaroni is done. Stir in Parmesan cheese. Can be sprinkled with extra grated cheese if desired. Serves 4 to 6.
