QUICK SPAGHETTI SUPPER | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. spaghetti 1/2 c. chopped onion OR 2 tbsp. dried onion 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 c. tomato juice In a heavy skillet, brown the ground beef with the seasonings and the onion. Place the spaghetti in a thin layer over the drained meat. Pour the tomato juice over all, thoroughly moistening the spaghetti. Cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until the spaghetti is tender. This may need occasional gentle stirring. |
