QUICK SUPPER 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
2 lb. ground ham or chicken or chunks
2 hard boiled eggs
1 can peas

Put into pan and pour on sauce.

SAUCE: 4 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. cheese whip
2 c. milk for ham or chicken broth for chicken

Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
