ITALIAN STEAK 
1 (4 oz.) can or 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. sliced onions
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. bacon drippings
1/3 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sliced green olives
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. round steak, 3/4 inch thick

Cook mushrooms, onions, bell pepper in drippings for 5 minutes. Blend chili sauce, water, salt, garlic salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and olives. Pour over steak. Cover and bake at 300 degree oven for 2 hours or until tender. 6 servings.
