BROCCOLI 
2 stalks broccoli
10 slices cooked bacon, crunched
2/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
5 green onions, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar

Cut head of broccoli, no stalks. Add bacon, raisins, pecans, Cheddar cheese and onion. Mix dressing and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
