IMPOSSIBLE CHERRY PIE | |
1 c. milk 2 tbsp. softened butter 1/4 tsp. almond extract 2 eggs 1/2 c. Bisquick 1/4 c. sugar 1 can cherry pie filling Streusel topping Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat all ingredients except pie filling and streusel. Blend in blender 15 seconds on high or 1 minute by hand mixer. Pour into pie plate. Spoon pie filling over top. Bake 25 minutes. Top with streusel. Bake until light brown, about 10 minutes. STREUSEL: Cut 2 tabelspoons firm butter into 1/2 cup Bisquick, 1/2 cup packed brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon until crumbly. |
