ZITI CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) container ricotta
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
42 oz. spaghetti sauce

Heat spaghetti sauce. Boil ziti as label directs in large saucepan. Cook ground beef until browned; drain. Drain ziti and return to saucepan; stir in ricotta and next 4 ingredients with half of spaghetti sauce until well mixed. Spoon mixture into 9x13 inch baking dish; pour remaining sauce evenly over ziti mixture; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. 10 servings.
