1 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1 (12 or 18 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips Graham crackers, whole Butter a 10 x 15 jelly roll pan. Put one layer of graham crackers on bottom of pan (use whole). Bring butter and brown sugar to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Pour over graham crackers, spread all over quickly. Bake 5 minutes in 400 degree oven. Remove from oven and pour 12 or 18 oz. bag of chocolate chips, spread. When melted over caramel layer, sprinkle with nuts if desired. Cut or break while warm. Tastes like Heath bars. |
