JEAN'S MANGO BREAD 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. dark brown sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. mashed mangoes

Sift, then measure flour. Add cinnamon, soda and salt. Sift dry ingredients together. Make a well in the flour and add sugars, slightly beaten eggs and oil. Beat until well mixed. Fold in raisins, nuts and mangoes. Bake in 2 regular loaf pans at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
