MANGO BREAD 
2 sticks butter
1 3/4 c. white sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. mango pulp

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Sift together flour, salt, and baking soda. Add alternately with mango pulp, extract, and nuts. Bake in loaf pans at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until done.
