PATTY'S BURRITO MEAT (PORK) 
1 large pork loin (as large as your Crock-Pot can fit)
1 large jar "505" Southwestern sauce (Hatch Valley)
seasoning salt (Lawry's)
large flour tortillas
whatever burrito topping ingredients you like

Put the pork loin in the Crock-Pot. Sprinkle lightly with seasoning salt. Add enough 505 sauce to almost cover the pork loin.

Cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours.

Serve as burritos with your favorite toppings.

Topping Ideas: Refried beans or black beans, rice, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, salsa (your favorite), guacamole, dairy sour cream.
