MARINATED GARDEN SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
2 stalks celery
6 oz. can black olives
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 med. zucchini, sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 carrots, shredded

Slice in order given, shred carrots to cover top of salad. Pour Parmesan herb dressing (in this book) over entire top of salad. Cover with saran wrap, chill at least 6 hours.
