1-2 lb. beef ribs 1/2 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. sesame oil 3 strands green onions, cut up 3 cloves minced garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. Accent 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. pepper Mix all seasonings in bowl. Put meat in a 3 inch casserole dish, then add the sauce. Mix all ingredients well. Let meat soak in sauce for 1 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or broil for 30 minutes. |
