CHERRY CHEESE CAKE 
1 1/2 lbs. Philadelphia cream cheese (3 8-oz. pkgs.)
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 pt. sour cream
1 can Lucky Leaf cherries
20 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
Little cinnamon

Make pie crust with graham crackers well crushed, butter, flour, sugar and cinnamon. Put in 10-inch deep pie plate. Beat cream cheese, eggs and sugar in electric mixer or hand mixer. Add vanilla and lemon juice until smooth and creamy, then fold in 1 pint sour cream. Pour into 10-inch pie plate and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. When cool, pour 1 can Lucky Leaf cherries on top.
