CREAM CHEESE TARTS 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. soft Philadelphia cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Place the above ingredients in a large bowl. Beat well until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Set aside.

In a paper-lined tassie pan, place 1 vanilla wafer cookie. Pour 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on top of the vanilla wafer cookie. Then top with a cherry and some filling from a can of Thank You brand cherry pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Cookies should be refrigerated or frozen until ready to be served. You can also use pineapple, blueberry, strawberry or any other pie filling for the topping.
