2 sticks butter
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 boxes instant pudding (chocolate)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. milk

Layer 1: Melt butter and mix flour and nuts. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Layer 2: Beat together cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread on crust.

Layer 3: Beat pudding, vanilla, milk, low speed spread on layer 2.

Spread remaining Cool Whip on the set 3rd layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill several hours.
