2 c. graham crackers, crushed up
1/2 stick butter, melted

Mix together and spread in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

1ST LAYER:

2 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Put in refrigerator.

2ND LAYER:

Make chocolate pudding (2 small boxes of instant) as directed on boxes. Let set in refrigerator about 10 minutes and then spread over 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

Spread 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip over top of 2nd layer.
