HAM NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ham
12 oz. noodles
1/16 c. minced dehydrated onion
50 oz. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 c. milk
1/4 lb. grated cheese (Cheddar or American)
5 oz. potato chips, crushed
Paprika

Boil noodles in unsalted water until nearly done. Add soup, milk, onion and ham. Place in shallow pan. Sprinkle with cheese, crushed potato chips and paprika. Bake on top shelf of oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 25. Adjust recipe for smaller servings.
