1 box Jiffy white cake mix 2 pkgs. dry yeast Mix together. Mix together 1 pint warm water, 2 cups flour and 2 teaspoons salt. Combine and beat hard with mixer. Add more flour by hand (3 cups; use part of this on board) until stiff enough to work. Grease bowl and put in dough and let rise until double. Place hot damp cloth over dough to rise. Roll out on floured board, cut and let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes. |
