TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
20 oz. can pineapple tidbits
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 c. mini marshmallows
3/4 c. dry roasted peanuts
2 c. chopped tart apples

Drain juice from pineapple. Set pineapple aside. Mix egg, vinegar, sugar, and flour with pineapple juice. Cook until thick. Cool. Mix with Cool Whip.

Combine apples, marshmallows, peanuts, and pineapple. Pour pineapple juice mixture over fruit mixture and gently stir. Chill.
