POPPY SEED CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix (pudding in the mix)
4 eggs
1/3 c. poppy seeds
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. white wine or water
1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Mix cake mix with poppy seeds, add oil, wine, eggs and vanilla. Beat 1 minute on low then 2 minutes on medium. Beat in sour cream. Bake in bundt pan for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
