PLUM SAUCE | |
1 c. red plum jam 3 tbsp. white wine 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Stir over low heat until jam is melted. Serve with fried wontons (in appetizer section). Yield: 1 cup sauce. |
