BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained or 2 head of broccoli chopped, cooked and drained
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, divided
1/4 c. milk

1. Mix together cooked rice and broccoli.

2. Heat soup, milk and 1/2 pound cheese together until cheese melts. Stir often.

3. Combine all ingredients together and spread in large pan or casserole dish.

4. Cover with 1/2 pound cheese, sliced

5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or freeze and bake later.
