BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 oz. pkg. crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage (cook well and drain)
2 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
6 eggs
2 1/2 tbsp. green pepper
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Press rolls into bottom of 9x13 pan. Then put in sausage. Beat eggs and other ingredients; mix well. Pour over sausage. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
