2 c. cooked mashed carrots
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, beaten
Dash of cinnamon

Mix all together and pour into a greased casserole. Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes then turn temperature down to 350 degrees and bake 30 minutes.
