CARROT CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked mashed carrots
1 stick corn oil butter, melted
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, well beaten
Dash of cinnamon

Combine all ingredients. Place in well-greased casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes, then 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
