BAKED CARROTS AND ONIONS
CASSEROLE
 
6 med. carrots, sliced
6 lg. onions, sliced
1 c. milk
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Salt
Pepper
Butter

Arra nge in layers, each layer with salt, pepper and dot with butter. Top with bread crumbs. Spray pan with Pam before using. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
