BAKED CARROTS AND POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes
4 med. carrots
1 lg. onion
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. paprika

Peel and slice vegetables. Grease casserole and place sliced vegetables in alternate layers in dish. Season and dot with butter between layers. Pour milk over vegetables and bake until tender. Sprinkle with paprika and serve. Bake at 300 degrees.
