CAULIFLOWER, CARROT AND BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
1 head cauliflower
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut in pieces
3 to 4 carrots, sliced diagonally
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Place cauliflower head in center of 15-inch glass dish. Arrange cut up vegetables around outside. Pour butter over vegetables. Sprinkle on garlic salt and pepper. Cover with plastic wrap; turn back an edge to vent. Microwave on High for 17 to 19 minutes. Let stand covered for 5 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
