JALAPENO RICE 
2 c. Minute Rice
1/2 c. stick butter
4 c. boiling water
2 or 3 jalapeno peppers or 1 tsp. chopped hot jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 beef or chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients in order listed. Cook slowly until thick, stirring often to keep from sticking.
