ESKIMO COOKIES 
1 1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. oats

Let butter stand until soft; beat well. Add sugar and mix well. Add vanilla, water and cocoa. Stir. Mix in oats. Keep in the refrigerator overnight. Shape into 36 balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Store in refrigerator.
