OVERNITE CASSEROLE | |
2 cans cream of mushroom soup 2 c. milk 1/4 lb. dried beef, torn 1 medium onion, diced 1 green pepper, diced 1/4 lb. cheese, diced 2 c. macaroni, uncooked 4 eggs (hard boiled and diced) Mix soup and milk thoroughly. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Put into greased baking dish and refrigerate 12 to 18 hours. Bake at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours. Variations: Try different soups, cooked meats, chicken with chicken soup, ham with celery soup, etc. Serves 8 to 10. Submitted by: Eileen Higgens |
