BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 stick butter
1/2 diced onion
1 c. cooked rice
Garlic salt
3 slices Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk

Mix first 3 ingredients in saucepan until almost dry, add rest of ingredients and cook until cheese melts. Put in casserole dish, sprinkle with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
