BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 c. water
Garlic salt to taste
1 can cream of celery soup
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Butter
2 strips of bacon

Boil broccoli in 1/4 cup water with garlic salt. Fry bacon. Crumble bacon and add to broccoli. Add celery soup, egg and grated cheese. Pour into a buttered casserole (1 1/2 quart). Dot top with butter and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until cheese is well melted. Serves 4 to 6.
