3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 c. cold water

Combine dry ingredients. Make a well and pour in liquids; mix well. Bake in ungreased 9 x 13 pan for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
