ORIENTAL SALMON SALAD 
2 c. either salmon, shrimp, crab, tuna or chicken
1/4 c. green onions
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 can bean sprouts (or fresh)
1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts (sliced)

Toss all of the above and mix with the following:

DRESSING:

3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. MSG
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
