SALMON SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
4 oz. Swiss cheese, cubed
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can salmon, chunked
Greens & 1/2 c. shredded carrot for garnish
1/2 c. creamy cucumber dressing

Toss rice, peas, dill weed and cheese with dressing. Then add salmon. Toss gently.
