KING RANCH CHICKEN 
2 pkgs. tortillas
1 lg. chicken, cooked and boned
1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Garlic salt to taste

Reserve chicken broth. Saute onion and pepper in butter. Add soups, chili powder, chicken, tomatoes and garlic salt. Dip tortillas in chicken broth and line the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Add half the chicken mixture and half the cheese. Then repeat, tortillas, chicken mixture, and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serves 4-5 adults.
