OATMEAL MUFFINS 
2 c. rolled oats, measured after grinding in blender
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. each oil and honey
1 egg in a cup - add any fruit juice to fill cup
1/2 c. any dried fruit, chopped

Combine oats, baking powder and salt. Combine honey, oil, juice, egg and raisins or other fruit. Mix together until blended. Fill and slightly mound greased muffin tins. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Makes about 12 muffins.
